Both. Personal training in-person is UAE-only. Fitness & nutrition consultations are online. Digital Workout Plans are digital products sent via email.
-
Sessions run out of several gyms across the UAE, and residence gyms for clients whose home includes a private facility. Exact venue is agreed once your application is accepted. I don’t list a single fixed address because the roster is capped at a maximum of 3 clients only, and location follows the client, not the other way around.
-
Live pricing is on the Services section, except for 1-on-1 personal training in the UAE. That investment is discussed privately. Yes, I am a premium trainer. I only take a maximum of 3 clients per month and will not provide more than 12 sessions per month. Sessions are not capped at 1 hour.

Yes. I work with clients at every level, from complete beginners to advanced athletes.

Digital Workout Plans are non-refundable. For Fitness & Nutrition Consultations, less than 24-hour notice or a no-show is not refundable or rescheduled; more than 24-hour notice can be rescheduled but not refunded. Monthly programmes run in whole calendar months and are non-refundable mid-month, but you can pause with two weeks’ notice, subject to written approval from my team. Any cancellation or reschedule must be done by email or over a call and needs to be approved. Full terms are sent with your booking confirmation.

Adults, children (age 10 and above), and geriatric clients. All genders welcome.

No. I’m not in favour of group training because it’s difficult to supervise everyone properly. Poor technique or the wrong movement pattern causes injury, and if supervision is compromised I’m not doing justice to the clients who pay me.
-
My sessions are not 1 hour. The length is the time you need to complete the schedule of exercises assigned that day. Each session includes mobility drills, workout, cool-down, and stretches, with education and motivation consistently woven in.

A comfortable gym outfit and shoes. Lifting shoes are mandatory on leg days.
-
A water bottle (or lime-salt water), a gym mat, and a towel.
-
I’ll bring small equipment when necessary. Eventually, depending on your goals and training type, you may need a pair of dumbbells and a fitness ball.
-
It would be a lie to give a definite timeline. Different bodies react on different timelines depending on effort, diet, and recovery. Realistically, 12 weeks should give good results if you’re consistent, follow the diet plan, and allow enough recovery.
-
Usually it’s recommended to wait 6 weeks before training after a natural birth, and 12 weeks after a C-section. Medical clearance from your doctor is required in either case.

The workout programs are tailored to your individual needs, goals, and fitness level.
