The Practitioner
Mansoor Ahamad Ali Mohamed
Personal Trainer, Human Performance Nutritionist, Personal Coach, and Author (forthcoming), with over two decades of practical, evidence-based work in health and fitness grounded in Human Biomechanics, Kinesiology, and breathing technique, guided by a simple principle: “we are what we eat”.
Story so far
I’ve spent over twenty years watching people arrive at the gym looking for a fast answer and leaving with a slower, better one. My work sits at the intersection of movement, nutrition, and the mental habits that make either of those stick.
Before WYBE, I coached across three continents — from private studios in South Asia to corporate wellness programs in Europe, and now full-time in the UAE. That mix taught me the same thing every time: the body responds to consistent, well-designed effort, not to gimmicks. My job is to design the effort so consistency is possible.
How I coach
Every client starts with an intake: movement screen, training history, injury flags, nutrition patterns, sleep, workload. The plan is built from that, not from a template. It gets revised every 4–6 weeks based on what the data (and your feedback) is saying.
Sessions are private, focused, and honest. I’ll tell you if something isn’t working. I’ll ask you to trust the boring weeks — the ones that build the base — because those are the weeks that pay off the rest.
Foundations
The technical grounding is in Human Biomechanics and Kinesiology: how the body actually moves under load, where the common breakdowns are, and how to build strength without buying an injury on the way. On the nutrition side, my approach is human-performance-first — enough energy to train hard, enough recovery to adapt, and habits that survive a real week, not just a rest week.
The coaching layer draws on breathing technique and mind coaching, because most people don’t lose motivation — they lose focus. Getting focus back is a skill, and it’s trainable.
