All contents in this website, program documents, calculator outputs, video sessions, and other WYBE-related materials, including nutritional, training, mobility, and mindset advice are for informational and coaching services only.

No information found on this website, including but not limited to nutritional advice, training recommendations, mobility advice, or mindset content should be used as a replacement for medical, psychological, dietetic, or pharmacologic advice from a licensed practitioner.

Before starting any exercise program, making any dietary or pharmaceutical adjustments, or following any recommendations from WYBE, it is mandatory that you consult with a physician or another medical practitioner.

Specifically, if you have (or you suspect you may have) heart disease, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, an eating disorder, orthopaedic injury, or other medical conditions, or if you are pregnant, post-partum, or under 18 years old. WYBE makes no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience, and you accept the risk that results will differ for each individual.

3. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

Exercise, diet, and medication can involve a certain level of risk.

By signing up for our services or using calculators, programs, or video sessions found on this website, you accept and acknowledge that there are potential risks associated with physical activity, exercise, and diet modification, including but not limited to: muscle strains, joint damage, feeling ill, and heart problems, and agree to assume all responsibility for potential risks and consequences related to our services or programming.

You confirm that you are physically able to participate in the recommended exercises, and that you will make honest disclosures about your medical history, injuries, medications, allergies, or other limitations before starting any exercise or diet program.

You undertake to modify or discontinue an exercise, diet, or other program if you have an adverse reaction to it or experience any discomfort, warning sign, or any abnormal physical symptoms, and to seek immediate medical attention in case of discomfort, warning signs, or any abnormal physical symptoms or if you have an adverse reaction to a program, exercise, diet, or supplement.

Furthermore, in no case should you attend a personal training session under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or other medications.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, WYBE and Mansoor Ahamad Ali Mohamed undertake in no way whatsoever to be responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenues, business interruption, data loss, or any other losses or expenses.

WYBE and Mansoor Ahamad Ali Mohamed are not liable for any injury, illness, or other damage that may arise from the use of our website, services, calculators, and programs, unless such damage derives directly from our gross negligence.

Our total liability to you for any claim, damages, losses, or expenses, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, is limited to the total fees paid to us for the specific service during the 12-month period preceding the date of the alleged breach.

Nothing in this Legal Notice is meant to exclude or restrict the liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by UAE law or other applicable law, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

5. Governing Law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates, and specifically the Emirate of Dubai, shall govern this Legal Notice to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions or any other matter related to it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
